Home watch is a professional service where we conduct scheduled visits to your property, perform a thorough visual condition check, and send you detailed photo reports. Think of it as having a trusted set of eyes on your home while you're away.
Visit frequency depends on your plan — from twice monthly with Essential, to four visits per month with Plus, to weekly visits with Concierge. We can also accommodate custom schedules for unique property needs.
We document the issue, notify you promptly, and—with your approval—coordinate access and communication with the appropriate third-party vendor while keeping you updated on progress.
No. Home Wise provides Home Watch, property oversight, and vendor and access coordination. Repairs and licensed trade work are performed by third-party vendors, which keeps us objective advocates for your property.
Yes. Home Wise carries general liability insurance for our Home Watch and property-oversight services. Documentation is available upon request.
After every visit, you receive a detailed photo report via email summarizing our findings, any issues noted, and recommended actions — typically within a few hours of the visit.
